| Last night was a wonderful party with our family to celebrate Carrie's turning one. This year has sped past us. It is hard to believe that we have an amazing toddler in the house. She is walking and communicating by pointing and vocalizing. She is already living up to the meaning of her name, “Song of Joy”. |

| It snowed over the last 24 hours. We got around 16-20 inches at our house. I took a break from Shoveling to play with Carrie in the snow! |

Enjoying the last bit of fall

| This past weekend might have been the last nice outdoor weekend at our house. We took advantage of it by spending some time outside and having guests. Jason, Sarah & their son, Jordan, spent the weekend with us. I think Sarah is the first house guest we've ever had that cooked dinner for us at our own house! It was delicious! |
| Carrie had a wonderful visit with Jordan. If you remember he has appeared on our blog here and here. Jordan and Carrie play so well together and Cherie and I really enjoy Jordan's parents, Jason and Sarah. |
